The past couple of weeks I've noticed things that I do/say that are sure signs that I'm getting old. So, in honor of getting old I'm starting a new random series to share the various signs of my aging.
I'll give you a few this first post as a bonus:
Sign #432 that I'm getting old:
I don't want to get my hair wet when I go swimming.
Sign #727 that I'm getting old:
Not only do I gladly add onions to my cooking meals, I enjoy them.
Sign #538 that I'm getting old:
If I have time, I actually enjoy reading the daily paper.
There you have it. I'm getting old.

Totally agree - except the swimming and hair thing, it's useless to fight it and I find that if I just go under right away, I'm not as cranky with the "don't splash me" over and over to my kids ;)
