Prow? Wharves?? Lupine??? I don't even know those words, much less how to define them! It's a sad day when as a mom your are looking to the dictionary to learn the words your 8 year old has been assigned to learn.
In other news, Happy Boy just completed his first season of soccer. Good times!

I have no idea what lupine and prow are either, but isn't wharves just the plural form of wharf? I know what a wharf is... so only 2 for me!

I'm thinking that my son's education is lacking... His words weren't nearly as hard!

You know what's weird is that the girls spelling list were the same earlier in the year, but M hasn't had a list for the last 2 weeks, so this must be bonus work that your school does.
Hmmm.... maybe I should give her this list. Or .... maybe I'll just eat another bon bon and watch tv. ;-)
