You know how they say if you exercise regularly you should change up your routine every so often? Well, I changed up my routine this week. I didn't realize I was overdoing it with my lunges...because really - I'm a whimp and I hate pain and if I think I'm pushing myself so much that it-will-cause-extreme-pain-in-the-following-day-while-my-muscles-repair... I don't push. But, apparently I don't know how to set my limits because ya'll I'm in pain. I'm gasping in pain whenever I have to take a stair up or down. I really believe that if I threw myself headfirst and tumbled down the stairs it would be less painful.
