You know how they say if you exercise regularly you should change up your routine every so often? Well, I changed up my routine this week. I didn't realize I was overdoing it with my lunges...because really - I'm a whimp and I hate pain and if I think I'm pushing myself so much that it-will-cause-extreme-pain-in-the-following-day-while-my-muscles-repair... I don't push. But, apparently I don't know how to set my limits because ya'll I'm in pain. I'm gasping in pain whenever I have to take a stair up or down. I really believe that if I threw myself headfirst and tumbled down the stairs it would be less painful.

This is exactly why I don't exercise. I figure no pain no pain. That makes me happy. :)
I'll say a prayer of relief for you. Some ibuprofen wouldn't hurt either...

I did step-ups the other day and I felt like I had died (or wished I had) for almost a week!!

Well, Michelle, I pretty much gasped painfully for air with each step down or up any stairs. Inside the house at least I had the help of the handrails. However, out to the garage or in public places where there was a curb with just a step or two and no handle...it was killer! I did survive. Have I seen any extreme benefits yet? Nope. I'm praying it will come here soon.
