Our latest home project is to attempt to finish the basement. So far we've framed the wall that will separate the storage area from the finished area. My stud of a husband is doing all of this work himself. I have to admit...seeing him do this work is such a turn on. (sorry, Mom...I went there!)

Work it...work it! Good job doing it on your own. Dave Ramsey would be so proud! Too bad you can't wait til we get back...Brian and I have lots of experience with sheet rock, framing, etc. We have both built houses in Mexico on mission trips. I know, me with a hammer, pretty funny.

Oh the joy of framing! It's a real test of marriage to see if it can survive the sheetrock moments. I have a feeling that it won't be a problem for you at all if you're checking out your stud verses the studs in the wall.

Question: Is there anything Marie can't do??? Sheesh!!! Well not to compete or anything, but I've put together a doll house ... with tools no less.
